Terms and Conditions

By submitting an enquiry/application form or enrolling with La Bake Amore, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Communication Consent
   The Student authorizes La Bake Amore, its employees, representatives, affiliates, and authorized service providers to contact the Student via telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other electronic communication channels regarding admissions, counselling, classes, schedules, examinations, placements, events, payments, promotional offers, and other institute-related matters. This authorization shall remain valid even if the Student's mobile number is registered under the National Do Not Call (NDNC)/DND/NCPR registry, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
2. Collection and Use of Personal Information
   The Student consents to the collection, storage, processing, and use of personal information by La Bake Amore for admission, academic administration, certification, placement assistance, alumni engagement, legal compliance, marketing, and other legitimate business purposes. The institute may share such information with its affiliates, payment partners, government authorities, examination bodies, technology providers, and authorized service providers wherever necessary.
3. Admission
   Admission shall be confirmed only upon successful verification of documents and receipt of the prescribed fees. La Bake Amore reserves the right to refuse, defer, or cancel admission if any information or documentation submitted is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent.
4. Fees and Refund Policy
   All fees paid towards registration, admission, tuition, uniforms, ingredients, kits, examinations, study materials, or any other charges are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by the management under exceptional circumstances. Failure to attend classes, withdrawal from the course, relocation, employment, illness, or any personal reason shall not entitle the Student to any refund, fee adjustment, or transfer.
5. Batch Scheduling
   La Bake Amore reserves the right to change batch timings, faculty, curriculum, practical sessions, examination schedules, holidays, course duration, or class locations whenever required due to operational, academic, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.
6. Attendance and Certification
   The Student is expected to attend classes regularly and punctually. Certificates, diplomas, transcripts, or completion documents shall be issued only upon successful completion of the prescribed curriculum, practical assessments, attendance requirements, and full payment of all outstanding dues.
7. Code of Conduct
   The Student shall maintain professional behaviour at all times. Any act of misconduct, harassment, intimidation, abusive language, violence, theft, cheating, damage to institute property, substance abuse, or behaviour considered detrimental to the institute or its reputation may result in suspension or immediate expulsion without any refund.
8. Photography and Media Consent
   The Student grants permission to La Bake Amore to photograph, record, or film the Student during classes, workshops, competitions, events, or graduation ceremonies. Such photographs, videos, testimonials, and student work may be used for educational, promotional, advertising, website, social media, or marketing purposes without compensation.
9. Intellectual Property
   All recipes, course materials, presentations, manuals, videos, demonstrations, handouts, photographs, and other educational content remain the exclusive intellectual property of La Bake Amore. Recording classes or reproducing, distributing, publishing, sharing, or commercially exploiting such material without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Placement Assistance
    La Bake Amore may provide placement assistance, internships, career guidance, and employer referrals. However, the institute does not guarantee internships, employment, salary levels, or job offers.
11. Kitchen Safety
    The Student shall comply with all safety instructions and operational procedures while using institute equipment and facilities. The institute shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, or damage arising from negligence, failure to follow safety instructions, misuse of equipment, or unauthorized activities.
12. Personal Belongings
    The Student is solely responsible for safeguarding personal belongings. La Bake Amore shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
13. Force Majeure
    La Bake Amore shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, interruption, or cancellation of classes arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, technical failures, power outages, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events.
14. Institute Policies
    The Student agrees to comply with all academic, examination, attendance, disciplinary, safety, and administrative policies issued by La Bake Amore from time to time. The institute reserves the right to amend such policies whenever necessary.
15. Jurisdiction
    Any dispute arising out of admission, enrolment, training, payments, certification, or services provided by La Bake Amore shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the respective La Bake Amore campus is located.
