Installment Payment Policy
At La Bake Amore, we understand that paying the entire course fee upfront may not be convenient for every student. To make our professional baking programs more accessible, the institute may, at its sole discretion, allow students to pay the course fee in installments.
The installment facility is offered purely as a payment convenience and should not be interpreted as monthly tuition or payment for specific classes.
Installments Are a Payment Facility
The Student acknowledges and agrees that:
- The course fee represents the total fee for the entire course.
- Installments are merely a deferred payment schedule for the total course fee.
- Each installment is a part payment of the total course fee and does not represent payment for one month, one module, a fixed number of classes, or any specific academic period.
- The payment schedule is independent of the pace of teaching, attendance, holidays, examinations, practical sessions, or course progression.
Liability to Pay the Entire Course Fee
Upon confirmation of admission and enrolment, the Student becomes liable to pay the entire course fee as agreed at the time of admission.
The institute reserves a seat, allocates faculty, procures ingredients and learning materials, schedules practical sessions, and commits resources based on the Student's enrolment. Accordingly, the Student agrees that the obligation to pay the complete course fee continues irrespective of:
- Partial attendance
- Absence from classes
- Medical reasons
- Personal circumstances
- Employment commitments
- Relocation
- Change of career plans
- Withdrawal from the course
- Suspension or discontinuation initiated by the Student
Unless otherwise agreed by the institute in writing, the Student remains contractually responsible for payment of all remaining installments.
Due Dates
All installments shall be paid on or before their respective due dates.
Failure to receive reminders, invoices, emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls shall not relieve the Student from the responsibility of making timely payments.
Institute's Right to Recover Outstanding Fees
By accepting admission and enrolling in a course, the Student expressly agrees to pay all installments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
If any installment remains unpaid after its due date, La Bake Amore reserves the right to demand payment of all outstanding dues and to recover the unpaid course fees through lawful means available under the applicable laws and the enrolment agreement. The institute may also take any other contractual remedies available to it.
Late Payment
If an installment is not paid by the due date, the institute will apply late payment fine and, without prejudice to any other rights:
- Suspend access to classes, practical sessions, examinations, workshops, online resources, or institute facilities.
- Withhold attendance records, certificates, transcripts, recommendation letters, placement assistance, or any academic documents.
- Restrict participation in assessments or graduation activities.
- Refuse admission to subsequent batches or advanced programs until all outstanding dues are cleared.
Such actions shall not waive the Student's obligation to pay the outstanding fees.
No Reduction in Fees
The course fee shall not be reduced or recalculated on the basis of:
- Number of classes attended
- Duration of attendance
- Monthly attendance
- Practical sessions completed
- Holidays
- Missed classes
- Temporary leave
- Medical leave
- Personal emergencies
No prorated fee adjustment shall be made under any circumstances.
No Automatic Cancellation
Failure to attend classes shall not be treated as cancellation of admission.
The Student shall continue to remain enrolled until the institute formally approves withdrawal in writing or the enrolment is otherwise terminated in accordance with institute policies. Any such withdrawal or termination shall not automatically release the Student from outstanding payment obligations unless expressly agreed to in writing by the institute.
Default in Payment
Non-payment of installments by due date will result in:
- Suspension from the course.
- Cancellation of admission.
- Withholding of certificates and academic records.
- Denial of placement assistance.
- Initiation of appropriate recovery proceedings as permitted under applicable law.
Under no circumstances shall any course fee or installment already paid be refunded. All fees and installments paid to La Bake Amore are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, irrespective of withdrawal, discontinuation, non-attendance, suspension, expulsion, medical reasons, personal circumstances, or any other reason whatsoever.
The exercise of any of the above rights by the institute shall not affect its entitlement to recover any outstanding fees or installments remaining payable under the enrolment agreement.
No Waiver
Any delay or failure by La Bake Amore to enforce any provision of this policy shall not constitute a waiver of its rights. The institute reserves the right to enforce payment obligations at any time in accordance with applicable law.
Acceptance
By enrolling in any course offered by La Bake Amore and opting for payment in installments, the Student confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Installment Payment Policy and agree to pay all installments on or before their respective due dates.
